Hyrox

Hyrox is designed to test participants’ strength, endurance and overall fitness. The workout stations include ski erg, sled pull, sled push, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls with a healthy mix of running thrown in,We work on all aspects of Hyrox workouts so whether you’re new to this type of workout and would like to try, or you’re preparing for Hyrox competitions, we can facilitate whichever path you’re on.

All Zones

Our signature session, Allzones is a 50 minute all-encompassing session targeting mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. With a maximum of 12 participants to ensure quality coaching each session has 2 levels, so everyone can succeed at the workout. Each participant has their own rig, set of weights and cardio machine so they can move at a pace that suits them, with every piece of equipment they need right in front of them. We programme between knee/pull and hip/push dominant days alternatively and on a week-to-week basis to ensure each session is a full body session, no matter what day you attend.

Open Gym

If you are confident and experienced enough in your own programming, we have a public gym section located at the bottom of our warehouse. 3 people can use this at a time when a session is on, and 20 people can use our facility if there is no session on. You must have over 1+ years gym experience to use the gym. Each slot is booked through the Glofox app to ensure you have all the equipment you need, when you need it; no waiting around here!

Team Sessions

Team Sessions at MoreyMovement are private bookings for sports teams, work groups, or clubs who want to train together with full access to our facilities, equipment, and coaching support. These sessions are tailored to your team’s goals—whether building fitness, strength, conditioning, or recovery—while providing dedicated space and equipment exclusively for your group. Suitable for GAA, rugby, soccer, workplace wellness groups, and more, Team Sessions allow you to train as a unit in a focused and supportive environment.

Baby Allzones

This postnatal strength class is tailored for those with small babies, looking to slowly and safely return to exercise, all in the good company of other mums and their babies. The facility works on a pod system; this ensures maximum safety and ease of access to equipment. Each mum will have their own set of equipment and area whilst their baby can comfortably and safely be beside them and tended to. All exercises are tailored with the utmost care and diligence of mums after birth.

Our Personal 1-1 Sessions are tailored to your individual goals, giving you focused attention and a customised programme designed around your needs. Whether your aim is to build strength, improve fitness, aid recovery, or simply gain confidence in the gym, you’ll have a dedicated coach guiding you every step of the way. With full access to our facilities and equipment, these sessions ensure maximum progress, safety, and support at a pace that works best for you.
